Globe unveils new Globe Broadband Tattoo USB skins

GLOBE Broadband Tattoo has unveiled three new designs for its USB skin—Black Dragon, Purple Brushstrokes, and White Techie.

Globe is “the first to offer funky broadband-equipped USBs in the Philippines,” the company said in a press statement.

“Globe is also the first to offer exclusive content inside each Globe Broadband Tattoo kit to enable users to get more value out of it. Each kit comes with free installers for your favorite online games from e-Games—Cabal Online, ZX Online, and Audition Dance Battle,” the company said.

Each Tattoo kit also includes a link to download free McAfee anti-virus software installer for a 60-day free trial. Selected Tattoo kits also contain limited-edition vouchers for free gifts from Adidas and Levi’s.

Globe Broadband Tattoo is available both in prepaid and postpaid plans. It is available in prepaid for P1,895 and comes with a free P100, which is equivalent to five hours of free Internet time. You can load credits to the kit like a regular prepaid SIM through Autoload Max, Share-A-Load, or prepaid call cards.

Globe offers three Globe Broadband Tattoo postpaid plans. Plan 799 gives subscribers 60 free mobile Internet hours per month and two free Wi-Fi Internet hours at Globe hotspots nationwide for P799 per month.

Plan 999 offers 75 free mobile Internet hours per month and three free Wi-Fi Internet hours at Globe hotspots nationwide for P999 per month.

Globe Broadband Tattoo Plan 1,499, on the other hand, offers 120 hours of free mobile Web access and unlimited Wi-Fi connection at any Globe hotspot nationwide.

    I just bought it earlier. And I agree na super bagal. But then again, better that you have internet connection anywhere with your laptop right? I think Smart and Sun is just the same with regard to the speed.

    Halos lahat ng comments negative ha hehe… sige ako naman sa optimistic..

    Here’s a proud tattoo user for 2 months already, and so far, wala naman problems here.. i live in Baguio by the way (very far-flung)

    Try to have your tattoo’s configured first before using it… here’s some tips:
    1. Determine what’s your strong signal (GPRS or WCDMA) then configure your tattoo to run on that frequency.

    2. Select time browsing by typing TIME and sending it to 1111 (Old-stock tattoos are not configured with this setting so for new users)

    Other than this wala naman ako nakikitang problem with my Globe Tattoo…

    Im even using it in typing and uploading this comment 🙂

    yung globe not recomended on file downloading.. Pwede lang cguro kung nasa 20mb pababa pero npakabagal talaga yung signal hindi stable.. like sa day na to ok yung signal.. pero kinabukasan mamawawala na yung signal.. yung connection speed umaabot lang sakin ng 256kps yung downloading speed is 30-10kbps den napuputol pa yung connection mayayamot ka lang.. once lang yata ng umabot ng 1.6mbps yung speed den downloading speed 200kbps den never na umabot ng ganun kabilis..

    Come on. Give credit naman to the Marketing guys. In fairness, henyo ang gumawa ng overall concept ng “Tattoo Prepaid.” Hanep magnakaw ng attention at napabili tayong lahat. I say nice job!

    para doon sa taga Novelita Cavite malapit dito sa munipyo, if galing ka ng baclaran biyaheng Cavite City tapus yong mismong babaan ng Novelita.

    maganda naman ang signal hindi ko lang alam yong sa mga area na mahina ang signal

    glad i got my globe tattoo specially brown/blackout times these days and it works brilliant on my laptop, i can go online even on yahoo uk and got no probs so m satisfied..maybe its depends on what kind of laptop u have hahah ;D

    tama! tama! mahina ang signal ng globe.. akala mo naman may mararating, ehhh wala naman… puro nga lang talaga sila design.. mag isip isip naman po kayo mga taga globe network.
    …and di naman talaga design yan ehhh.. sticker lang naman talaga yan ehhh.

    PALAKASIN niyo ang signal.. make it improve. Talo pa kayo ng Smart. hay…

    mabenta globe broadband..alam mo kung bakit? kasi pwd sya iopen line, tapos palitan mo ng sim ng smart or sun or globe din hehe…kaya nga sold out eh..yung wimax kaya nila pwd rin? abangan….
