<p>Sassy is right. There is this LiveJournal <a href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/thesiegeison/" rel="nofollow">user</a> whose insane spoof to telenovelas were talk of the call center people. The LJ user even had a PDF version of his series of spoof telenovela script. Word-of-mouth really works.</p>
